Minister says Russia can raise ‘18 grain harvest, exports outlook
KALININGRAD, Oct 23 (PRIME) -- The Russian grain harvest estimate for 2018 can be raised to 109 million tonnes from the current 106 million tonnes and exports to 38–39 million tonnes from 35–37 million tonnes, Agriculture Minister Dmitry Patrushev told reporters on Tuesday.
“Taking into account favorable weather conditions in the Siberian Federal District, we are ready to raise the grain harvest this year to 109 million tonnes,” Patrushev said.
